Please help

I have had 3 failed IVF cycles.  Thyroid levels (TSH) have all been normal.  TSH of 0.59, free t3 2.79 and free t4 1.04 (all normal)  Thyroglobulin antibody was elevated at a titer of 1:10.   Thyroid miscrosomal antibody was elevated at a titer of 1:6,400. (nl <1:100).  What is normal range for the later 2 test?  Could this be the reason for my failed cycles?  What should be the next course of trwatment?
