I am 36 and my FSH numbers went from the lowest 11 once, but mainly between 14 and 21.
They do not know why we are like this or how long I have been like this, but this has been over 2 years for me with a high FSH.
For me I produced one good egg in 4 IVF. The egg did not make it. Usually a low number of follicles does not look good and that was the situation for me.
I know this is very hard to grasp and you have decide what is correct for you and I felt I had to try all the options and spent a great deal of money doing so.
I am now in the starting process of using a donor.
I hope it works out for you. There are always miracles.
Good luck.

I agree with the comments above.  Have you thought about egg donor?  there is still a chance you can get pregnant on your own although it's not very likely.  I would try IVF if you try anything.
Try & find a Dr near you that specials in high FSH & see what they recomned.  Best Wishes

I'm so sorry you're going through this. I don't know much about premature ovarian failure but I will say a prayer for you.
Some people have had luck with acupuncture, herbs and wheat grass juice, but I'm not sure this would work for you b/c your levels are so high.
Good luck

Hi,
Unfortunately, such high FSH levels are not a good sign... It looks like you may be suffering from a  premature ovarian failure. What did you doctor say about it?  And yes, it also means that the quality of your eggs is really low, and you may not produce enough for an IVF cycle. I hate to be the one to suggest it, but do you have an option of using donor eggs and is it something you'd be willing to consider? Best of luck :)
