looking for protocol options....

Hello gals.... I am looking for different types of protocols.....
we have done 4 fresh IVF cycles: 1-bfn 2-chemical 3-chemical 4-bfn, and now I want to know what other people have done, and were successful.....
here is what we have done:
1st cycle:
150 FSH
microdose lupron
repronex
hcg shot
PIO 1mg
**had break-through bleeding, AF came 12dpo....bfn

2nd cycle:
150 FSH
microdose lupron
repronex
hcg shot
PIO 1.5mg
** hcg as high as 15 then stopped and AF came before stopping PIO shots.....

3rd:
- baby aspririn day, follic acid 2mg (extra), PN vitamin
150 FSH
Ganirelix after follicles reached 14mm
Lupron trigger shot
Lovenox injections after retrieval
PIO 1.75mg
** hcg as high as 9 then stopped, again AF came before stopping PIO shots.....

4th:
-dailY---baby aspririn, PN vitamin, 2mg Folic Acid, 7.5mg Prednisolone, and tetracycline (spelling)
150 FSH
Ganirelix after follies reach 14mm
Lupron trigger
Lovenox after retrieval
PIO shots 2.0mg

Should also let y'all know....dh and I have both had for auto immune tests and genetic testing done....nothing there but....

dh has low motility, low count, and some abdnormality - so we do ICSI
and I have been diagnosed with MTHFR (hence the baby aspirin a day, and lovenox injections daily starting after retrieval)

Hi Sammy.. Ok, so I havent been successful, BUT.. my lab also does AH hatching, and it's supposed to really help the stats.  Also, what a bout straight Antagonist protocol, with some Menopur mixed in?  My RE swears by Menopur.  He thinks it increases egg quality.
And.. have you had any auto-immune testing done? for ANA's NKC's, etc... Maybe something to look into.

I did Lupron (10 IUs before stims and 5 IUs when I started stims) + Gonal-F + Menopur (it's LH and FSH).  The quality of my embryos wasn't good, as you remember, but it worked in the end.  I also did HCG trigger that helps your lining to thicken (mine was OK but not great at the time of the trigger) and then hatching meds.
Did you do assisted hatching with day 3 transfer?  Our lab does that for all day 3 transfers.
