What to expect at a 5 week u/s
If any of you have had 5 week u/s. What should i expect? i'm petrified I'm not going to see anything. this worrying is keeping me up at night. I have my first u/s tomorrow after a successful 5 day transfer on may 27. the dr said we should be able to see the embryo's but i'm not so sure after hearing some other stories on this forum.
I just had a 5 week u/s yesterday. The only thing that they were able to see was the gestational sac and the yolk sac. I was able to ask lots of questions and I even got to bring home a pic. We werent able to see alot but it was reassuring knowing that my little bean is being closely monitored. I wouldnt worry if you dont see much when you go in, everything right now is super small and you will be surprised at how fast everything grows. I go back this Thursday for a follow up for week 6 and said by then we should see a fetal pole and a heartbeat. I wouldnt worry as everything will be great. And congrats on your BFP!!
