prenatal vitamins
Soooo. I've been taking prenatal vitamins for the past couple days. I'm not pregnant yet. But ill find out if I am or not in a couple of weeks. Is it agood idea to take them while trying to concieve?

Actually, on the bottle of prenatals I have it clearly says for use prior to conceiving, during pregnancy and for lactating moms.
Actually no. It doesn't say. It says its only for pregnant women & lactating. But I heard its good to take it while trying to concieve. But I'm not sure. That's why I asked. & would really appreciate if I could get medical advice.
