ANY FOOD TO EAT TO GET PREGNANT?

IAM NOW 45 YRS OLD... WHAT ARE MY CHANCES TO GET PREGNANT... MY PROLACTIN IS HIGH BUT IAM TAKING DOSTINEX NOW?

When we had bloodtests a few years ago to check hormone levels etc,my pro-lactin level was abnormally high,I took vit b6 tablets for a few months and avoided alcohol completely,when I had it tested again it was normal. I know everybody is different but I thought I'd tell you incase it helps. I eat a varied diet and after advice now try to include, oily fish,nuts and seeds,soya yoghurts and the odd bowl of ice-cream(:])

I think Dostinex can help increase your chances as it regulates your prolactin levels. Are you seeing an RE? Have you had all the other hormone levels checked? An FSH test, for example, could give you an indication of your egg reserves.
