pregnant or all in my head

i asked before and will probably ask every month until i actually find out i am pregnant, could i be pregnant. I had a d & c done on April 14, the dr then said with a linning this thick i would never get pregnant so thats why the d & c was done. I think during that time i should have been ovulating. My next cycle was Apil 30, which was very old looking to me, then was gone for about a day and a 1/2, then came back, but barely and then was gone. So it was old looking for about 3 days gone the next then back but barely. Could the d & c have made this happen, or could i be pregnant. I question because the last time that i was pregnant, my cycle came for about 3 days and left, i paid no attention until the next month when i didn't get one at all. I was taking clomid and glucophage but haven't recently. i do have signs...maybe, tired all the time, weight gain, sore breast, which seem to have grown, and eating more often, heart burn, on and off nausea. all these signs could just mean I gained to much weight, but could it also mean i could finally be pregnant?
