Tell me your TTC tips (pineapple, fish oil, etc)!!!!!

Hi ladies. Seeing a lot of advice sprinkled across posts about what to do/eat and what not do eat/to? Can I politely ask for a thread to be started here?

Thanks :)

I just started eating pinapple core. You buy a whole pinapple and cut out the core (middle). And you cut it into 5 sections. You start eating the day after ovulation or IUI or IVF. You eat one section a day for 5 days. DO NOT eat pinapple before you O. It can interfere with Oing.

Drink green tea. Only up until you O. DO NOT drink green tea after you O. It can interfere with implantaion.

And also DO NOT eat peas at all. There is something in peas, Im not sure what it is but they are researching using peas as birth control. So stay away from them.

Hot dogs and lunch meat do not eat them at all. Or soy. Soy mimics estorgen and throws your hormones off.

I ate pineapple after ER for couple days, a lot of soup, gastonate (sp?), water, and keep the feet warm.  Don't worry about get up for bathroom trips.  Listen relaxation music which make me fall to sleep whole day long....when I wake up just eat, drink and fall to sleep again that make me not thinking any thing or worry about the embryo at all.
