stomach pains help!!!

Hi I have a question hopefully someone can help me out here.. Ok so I jsut got off from taking 75mg of Follistom and I am still taking metformin everyday. Yesterday I started having these really bad pains in my lower belly. it was really bad.. it did not feel like cramps it was more of like a shooting stabbing pain. it then went from the lower belly too the right side. and stayed. it hurts really bad and then it stops. ( no its not gas) lol   I am thinking its a side effect/ withdrawal from the Follistim I was taking but I never felt like this before it was nothing Iike i ever felt. Has anyone ever has similar expe. to this plus i am nausea and dizzy at time nausea most  then i have back pain its all so strange... have no idea whats going on .. hopefully it all goes away..
thanks

hi. not sure why you are "off" follistim. are you done the cycle or did you stop because of a problem? i have never had metaformin. but it could be ovulation twinges/pain.
