trying for a baby

I have just had a miscarridge in september & have been trying to concive another baby ever since everything was cleared out & cleaned up. I feel sad and at the same time trying to concive again. But I'm afraid if I do get pregnant again that I will miscarry again. Can some one help or give suggestions? I want to concive another baby and carry the baby to full term.

Hello,
After miscarriage your body needs time to heal .It is usually recommended to avoid sex till the bleeding from the miscarriage has stopped. There are increased chances of infection by having sex during this time since the mouth of cervix is wide open during this time. You need to give yourself at least a time of 3-6 months for complete recovery and another pregnancy. A woman can be fertile within 1 to 4 weeks from the miscarriage. What was the cause of the previous miscarriage? If the cause was known addressing the risk factors can help. Discuss with your doctor about your plans to conceive. Do write to us again.
Best of luck and regards!
