ttc maybe pregnant? ?

My husband and I have been ttc for 5 months now. This month my period has not came yet im never late and now im 4 days late. I dont want to get my hopes up because I want to have a child so bad. But ive had nothing but headaches off and on for a week now. My boobs have been extra tender. Today I have been a little crampy and bloated. I have been nausea since friday off and on threw out the day. Saturday I took a hpt and it was negative. Sunday morning I took another one it is a very very faint positive. Should I wait to test again and wait for it to come? Anyone have an advice on whether I could be pregnant or am I playing with my mind too much? Help????

You probably are pregnant, but you might want to go to the doctor just to be sure.
