If you are willing to travel, I highly recommend Dr. Berger and Dr. Montieth of Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center in Chapel Hill, NC. Dr. Berger did my reversal in January. People come form all over the world to them. They have very good success rates. My reversal was around $6000. You stay at a very nice hotel nearby and they visit you there the day after your surgery, then you go home. Feel free to message me if you want more info.
