twins?

My cousin who just became a first time mother is in my generation of children from a blood related aunt. Her mother is my mother's sister. She gave birth to fraternal twin boys. Recently, I have found out recently that my fiances family is known for boy/girl twins. I had two periods in the month of January only a week apart. My question is, what chance do I have to give birth to twins?

Twins chances or percentages depends on genetics, race, height/weight,  age, and fertility drugs if tout are on any.  Any if these things increases you chances for twinning.
