Strange Cycle-Maybe a Cyst? Help!

I have had a very strange cycle and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice before I see a doc.  I had AF on Oct. 11, which is a day before she was due.   She came for 7 hours that day and then nothing.  Just a minor bit of tan spotting a few days after.   Two weeks and one day later,  I had brown discharge for three days and then nothing.  I never have breakthrough bleeding and I'm always very regular. I could tell I o'd at a normal time and then five days after O I had this brown spotting.  I never had cramps during this crazy cycle so its been very weird.  I have however had some odd pelvic pain and yesterday I had a sudden spasm that made me double over and I'm very pain tolerant.  I'm wondering if I have a cyst or something.  Has anyone ever had this?  I have heard that clomid can cause cysts and I did take three cycles of it before this cycle.  Oh and one more thing.  I have this awful rash on my lower stomach and hips.  I'm going to see a doc about this.  Thanks for all of your help!

It's good that you called & got their opinion. I sure hope you aren't having any more pain!  Good luck finding an ob. I know that's tough, especially with insurance issues.  Take care! :)

thanks guys...I called my dr. and they said it is most likely a cyst.  I'm not sure what to do about going in yet since I'm having a weird issue with my insurance.  I'll have to find a regular OB-Gyn until January.  Thanks for your input!

Could be a cyst.  Clomid can cause them.  I'm on my 5th cycle & haven't had any, so I don't know how common it is.  The brown spotting was 5 days after you O'd, so it's possible it could be implantation; right?!  Maybe that's why you're getting the odd pains & spasm??  Definitely get it checked out :)
