Lupron before IVF how long did it take to get your period

I am wanting to start IVF, i am on my 7th day of Lupron they told me i should get my period on time and to start the Lupron 7 days before my period, and then cd 3 start stims, ,well still no period, im on cd 27 , i normally always get it, by cd 26, i really hope i get it tomorrow, this is my first IVF and i want it to start, The IVF Clinic said if i dont get it by 14 days of lupron then they will give me something to induce my period but i dont want that. then ill run out of Lupron before my retrieval and i stay on Lupron right to retrieval date, whats going on?

Now on my 8th day still no sign of my period, i do have cramps that come and go, all the time, but no period,,

Well I started it like 7 days before my period was due , and i was suppose to get my period like normal then start IVF, then on cd 3 start Gonal f and Menopur , they gave me the lupron to put me into menopause so that when i start stims i dont drop the eggs, they gave it to me cause i normally O like cd 9, I dont know when im going to get my period they said if i dont get it soon that they will give me another med to induce my period, But what do they give me?

I was on lupron for a year and I didn't get my period that whole time. I was told that it shuts everything down.
