anyones advice would be really helpful....plz

i am not sure what is wrong with me, i have been reading up and the one thing that keeps popping up is fibromyalgia.... i have pain in my neck, my upper back, and my lower back, i have constant migraines, i am tired a lot, and i do not sleep right, i wake up in the morning and my lower back is really stiff and my neck is stiff all the time... the doctor did a mri on my neck and he said nothing is wrong but i had a xray done previously and it showed in the xray my bottom and top of my neck curving the wrong way.... my doctor said it was most likely my muscles pushing my neck out.... i am getting ready to go to my mri and i have scared to death it is going to come back okay and its not that i want something to be wrong with me, i KNOW something is wrong because i have CONSTANT pain.... i am just frightened i will feel nuts if he says nothing came up on my back mri... i am frightened he will think i'm nuts.....does this sound like fibromyalgia? i would really really appreciate anyones comments or advice....thank you

Your symptoms do sound like they could be fibromyalgia.  It sounds like you have done some research, so you know there are 18 pressure points related to fibromyalgia.  You could ask your doctor about these.  Most of the time, your primary Dr. will refer you to a rhematologist who will do the examination.

The best thing you can do is get a really good nights sleep.  I take a benadryl and a melatonin because I can't tolerate Lyrica.  You will be amazed at how much better you will begin to feel. (that is if fibromyalgia is what you have.)

It could be but other causes should be ruled out.  Lyme disease is one of them, along with autoimmune disorders.
