have you developed new symptoms?

I was dx with fibro/myofascial pain syndrome in 2002 after a car accident.

I have had the classic trigger points, stiffness, and fatigue since then.

for about six months now, I have had extreme fatigue, muscle weakness, trembling, loss of coordination, falling, tingling feeling and increased electric type shooting pains.

My PCP said that these are not from the fibro and did blood tests...which showed nothing.

When I followed up with a new nuero, he said that it is from the fibro.

Has anyone else had random new symptoms after having fibro for so long?

Thanks!

I definitely have a loss of coordination.  Tripping and hand coordination is the worse.  I had the tingling and crawling sensations but when I went on Lyrica it solved that.

I am 51 and have had Fibro pain most of my life, but not so bad that I wasn't able to work, have fun, etc.  Since, March I developed CFS, Raynaud's and much worse Fibro pain symptoms (headache, arms, back and hip...

I have also found that my ability to handle physical and mental stress is so limited.

While I haven't had all your symptoms, I have had exhaustion, muscle weakness, tingling and pin-***** feelings all over.

The loss of coordination I haven't really had... I do feel like the oxygen isn't going to my brain sometimes (another fibro symptom), but I don't get unsteady.

Are you taking any medications or vitamins?

Wish you the best!
