Increased Reflux after eating small frequent meals

Hi,
I am having LPR reflux for 4 years. My symptoms are lump in throat, chronic coughing and stomach ache. After trying out many foods and trying to rely doctor advices i realized that my symptoms are getting worse instead of relieving. Medications didnt not work. After months of experimentation, i realised that my symptoms are getting worser by eating frequently. Also, it doesn't matter what type of food i eat, small amounts, even water, when taken too often in a day instead of one time, regardless of the amount, worsens my symptoms. If i only eat one portion, my symptoms relieve significantly. The bad part is that i am starving. Can you give me any suggestions about these symptoms?

Hi .....once every 3 days is not good 4 u and the older u get it is adding the amount of toxins stored in ur body.

Do see a dr regarding this. There most likely is a reason for ur elimination issues.

Hi.
Yes it looks okay but I don't eliminate daily, i do it once in 3 days. I had chronic constipation since childhood because i was drinking lots of milk. I don't understand what has changed.

Hi...do u eliminate solid waste daily? Is it of the right size/amount?

Many do not realize how having small or infrequent eliminations affects GERD and bloating.

Thanks.
I have tried the probotics and i felt some temporary relievement but later on the LPR symptoms came back. Probiotics is helpful for digestion and i have lactose intolerance and it is good for that. Actually, i dont want to digest milk because when i drink milk it stays in my gut and prevents reflux attacks to some degree. Biggest relievement for me is staying hungry for several hours, it is weird isn't it? I also have to mention that during reflux attacks i have some pain on the left side of my belly and at that location i can see a slight crack and also i have some pain in the left side of my waist. I don't have pain in esophagus or heartburn. I don't know if these symptoms are just caused by reflux or some bowel disease is involved. Any ideas?

i will go to doctor very soon. :)

Hi did u have a PH test to be sure u still have this issue? Too little acid will give the same symptoms and the meds will make u feel worse.....

I agree about probiotics, but talk 2 ur dr first.

Also make sure u have ruled netting else out.

Good luck
