Sassy I am so happy to hear u r feeling better...I too, had a great weekend and was able to enjoy being outside.I am now on  a HI med and I am seeing improvement. : )

Well, Praise be to God, this weekend I have been better regarding the GERD symptoms. I have added extra digestive aids to my diet and also the pro-biotic, so, I can honestly say, this has been a very enjoyable weekend in regards to lack of symptoms.

I hope all of you are doing well too. :>)
