4 year old ,healthy previously but now complaining of nausea since 4 days typically in night before sleeping.
no fever/vomiting/diarrhoea/blood. rest of the day healthy. no association with food /type of food

I'm not a doctor, just mom like you .. .but any allergies or post nasal drip going on? Will your Dr allow some Mylanta to see if that helps at all?
