Unexplained symptoms

I recently had my gallbladder removed (almost 2 months ago). Even though I'm only 15, average height, and 98 pounds (female) ; and the people who usually get their gallbladders removed are overweight women between the ages of 30 and 50. My main reason for writing this post is because there has to be a reason for me to have developed Gallstones and Gallbladder disease and I've been having some unexplained symptoms: Fatigue, pain in my upper right abdomen under my ribs,   nausea, loss of appetite, Headache, Tinnitus (hearing a ringing noise), ticks, mood swings, and short temper. Any ideas would help.

Problems related to liver disorders, metabolic disorders, cardiac or inner ear disorders can produce symptoms of fatigue, headache, loss of appetite and tinnitus. Metabolic disorders like diabetes and hypothyroidism can cause these symptoms. So for proper evaluation you will need to consult your primary care physician who will examine you and may ask for some blood tests and an EKG to initiate appropriate therapy.
