Could these symptoms be gallbladder or something else?

A few months ago I had symptoms of a gallbladder attack, pain under my chest and in the right side. I had an ultrasound which showed I had no gallstones. My doctor recommended I have a HIDA scan but I was in school at the time and the pain subsided so I didn't have it done. Yesterday morning I woke up in severe pain, could hardly stand or walk. This time the pain was down near my belly button and went down to my pelvic area on the left and right side. Later in the day I had a fever. This morning the pain is much less severe but I feel sore low in my stomach. I'm just wondering if anyone had these symptoms with their gallbladder. I don't want to get the scan done If this might be something else. When the pain first started I couldn't tell where it was coming from, it ranged from my chest down below my stomach. No pain in my back at all and eating didn't seem to make it worse or better.

Hi, it's hard to give advice as we aren't physicians. Did they do any other abdominal/pelvic ultrasound at all to see if there's anything else that can be causing the pain?  Maybe see a urologist to talk about kidney stones. Just a thought.  Feel better. C~

I did end up in the ER once for the pain, and they did an MRI which came back fine.  Kidney stones - interesting idea.  Never thought of it.  Thanks, really appreciate your thoughts.  Looks like I have some more medical investigating to do.
