hi i have been having problems with my stomach  for a month now one of the symptoms was constipation i used preparation H for the hemorroids and lots of fruits no vegetables try it for 2 days itl help drink lots of water ok use fiber you buy wisely cause you dont want to take to much aad it to you diet lil by lil not tofast ... my contipation is gone but i have other stomach probles so i hope this helps its been a month for me youll be ok.. im the one whos stumped i dont know whats wrong with my stomach.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  If you are having blood in your stool I would recommend seeing your doctor about this.  If you are having problems with constipation, you can try changes in your diet (like increasing your fiber intake, increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables, drinking more water).
