10YEARS OF HELL

Hi,
I am a 25yr old female that suffers from IBS.(started when I was 15) Almost every morning I feel sick with stomach pain. I am prescribed Dicetel, which I take twice a day with meals. I have had a Berium Enema which came
out fine. Being sick everyday is taking over my life, I lost my job because I came in late or not at all becuase I felt sick.
I am wondering if someone can tell me of some different meds that IBS patients use or things I can do to elevate the pain, or stop it from happening at all
thanks

I have also been diagnosed with IBS, and have tried Phenobarbitol, Dycyclomine, and a few other meds. Dycyclomine is the only medication that I have found that works, most of the time. I am not sure what your diet is, but after 10 years I am sure you have discovered that staying away from certain foods also helps, especially coffee or anything spicy.
