7 years of nausea and general IBS symptoms and no answers from the doctor?

I've been dealing with this for seven years now, and i'm at the end of my rope.

First started feeling dizzy and nauseous in Feb 2011. Became an every day thing in October 2011. I always felt like I was two second away from throwing up, and I could barely stomach 2-3 dry crackers.

I lost over 100lbs during first year, stayed around 270 lbs for another year. Weight gain started up again with no change to habits. I've always eaten healthy, I take long walks (when I can) and I try to take good care of myself. At this point, however, I've been trapped in bed for months feeling so sick, I can't even move.

Some of the more notable symptoms:

Temperature drops below average. (97.8-96.5) intense feeling of dizziness, feeling faint, hot flashes, intense nausea. Can't eat anything. Usually accompanied with bad digestion and diarrhea. Usually comes later in the evening and night. Lasts almost the entire night.
I tend to get less than 5 hours of sleep a night.
My hair started falling out around the same time this started, and has continued to remain thin and easily pulled out.
I feel dizzy, sleepy, faint all the time. All day. Every day. Perpetually exhausted.
Troubles breathing all day. Mostly on the exhale, something catches and I feel out of breath suddenly. I also find myself waking up in the middle of the night feeling out of breath.
Body aches.
I walk nearly every other day, depending on how sick I feel. I don't always feel better after walking. Usually the further I go, the more nauseous and exhausted I feel. I sometimes arrive home after walk feeling very faint, but not out of breath. Typically amended by sitting down/ laying down and staying very Still for a few hours.
Have thrown up in mouth a lot more often lately, which often triggers a panic attack. Usually have to lay down and not move for a while afterwards. Movement makes me dizzy and nauseous, and the anxiety I get tends to make the nausea worse. (I usually handle the anxiety with either medication or deep breathing etc.)

Skin has been bad since this started. Red bumps, hair under the skin rather than breaking it. Dry skin, some mysterious bruises but not many. Bruises on breasts for some reason. (No memory of any trauma/damage?)
I've had wounds open up on my skin for no apparently reason. (Wound center suggested an autoimmune disease, but told me it didn't encompass any other symptoms, like the nausea.)

I get chest pains off and on.

Sometimes i have trouble swallowing food.

Digestion goes from usual softness to random bouts of water diarrhea every other day or so. Stomach cramps gets worse the looser the stool it is.
I get very dizzy after using the restroom. Often feeling faint, as well. Used to have more blood in stool when this first started, but have noticed little to none in the past few years.

I can't seem to eat anything, and there are no noticeable changes when eating dairy, wheat etc. Everything causes nausea at one point or another. The only really obvious problematic food is tuna fish, which makes me sick no matter what.

I've been having serious problems focusing. I've been zoning out a lot more, having problems remembering things, having issues with writing and speaking. (Wrong words, letters in the wrong place, can't remember a simple word.)

I get headaches all the time, usually  with dizziness and nausea. Mostly around eyes. (Left eye in particular) My speech becomes slurred and slow during the worse of these.

Shaky hands and legs every day. Hands seem to have a constant tremor these past few months.

My periods have stopped for months at a time, and have become pretty much nonexistent in the past few months. (Doctor's did diagnos PCOS, but again said that the gastro symptoms are not related)

In general, I've been physically and mentially miserable for years, and i'm desperate for any advice or ideas at this point. None of my doctors have come to any conclusions, and it's come to the point where i'm completly bedridden. I can't keep going like this, so please, any advice is welcome. Thank you.

Oh my!  You have been dealt a hand  which you really don't deserve.
I suspect that you have a few undiagnosed  conditions and imbalances which your doctors either don't bother to check (outside the scope of their practice) or just simply missed.

Candida, leaky gut syndrome, malabsorption, nutritional
and vitamin deficiencies, hypothyroidism,  low adrenal function with either high or low cortisol-depending the
stage of low adrenal function due to mental and biological (hidden) stress and possibly pathogenic infections (like mycoplasma and its co-infections) among other possibilities.

The bigger issue however is that conventional medicine has done a very poor job in addressing the aforementioned conditions and frankly to be totally honest with you, some of them are not even recognized as established medical conditions, even if they are as real as the screen in front of you!
The deterioration of your health while under your doctors'
so called care all these years, is living proof of this situation.

It is pointless for me to analyze and explain in detail, how all these conditions have impacted your health and how to go about it, unless you can find a reputable Naturopathic or Functional Medicine Doctor, to help you
regain your health.

Let me know what you think about all this.

Best wishes,
Niko

I'm sorry for such a slow response, every time I try to comment it seems to glitch. (Here's hoping it works this time)

Thank you so much for your response, even though it saddens me to say that my doctor most definitely does not 'believe' in any of the conditions I have questioned them about since I read your response. I'm sort stuck, at this point, since they refuse to refer me to certain specialists (and keeps forgetting to refer me to the OBGYN as well. Hmm)

I may have to go through the whole process of changing doctors, again, but i'm not exactly full of hope.

Thank you, though, for your quick and helpful response. I'm hoping to look into these conditions further.
