A little advice please

I have suffered from what my doctor says is acid reflux/gerd since I was probably 16-17 years old, always the same kind of pain, in my upper middle abdomen, recentley I started having back pain, the weird thing about it is, my back hurts right along my mid spine, if I trace it around with my finger, it's the same spot on my upper abdomen where I am having pain, is this possibly related? or maybe my back pain is something entirely different? the back pain sometimes feels like pressure? hard to describe, not painful, but more annoying, but I have noticed my neck and shoulders hurt and constantly pop, I was told a few months back (with an xray) that my spine is way out of alignment in alot of different areas, upper lower and mid, but I just find it odd that the pain in my abdomen is in the same place on my back

it helped me. Your body is all connected. When you do not fix one issue, it gets old and start affecting other muscle groups (the chinese call this blockage in 'Chi' or energy) which then messes up other areas.

You need to fix the first source of your heart burn and your back issue will disappear.

good luck.

Has your doc checked you for H-pylori? It is a bacterial infection and can be treated with antibiotics. it sounds kind of like that.
