Yes it does, but it seems to be stemming from the only one left not working. The surgeon stated that it didn't look too healthy and she wasn't sure how long it would continue to work, but some of these symptoms are new to me. When I had my parathyroid problems in the past, prior to them removing three, it was because they were mush and constantly secreting serum which caused an over abundance of calcium in my system, causing kidney stones, cramping, painful urination. I wonder what is next for me as far as a treatment.
Hope this gets resolved for you. Some of your current symptoms mirror parathyroid issues, no?....bothered by light, noise, tired.
Is it common after 2 major hernia repairs (which were over a year ago), to have a lot of gas, bloating, difficulty swallowing immediately after eating or drinking? The surgeon said that it was normal but the last surgery was over a year ago and most I have talked with that has had this surgery do not have these issues. One of my other surgeons has stated that since the last surgery I have contracted IBS and a spastic colon. Why would this have occurred if the surgery was a success?
