Anal fissures and hormones?

Hi, I am Ahum

Ever since I was told to get off birth control pills, I have been experiencing anal fissure. I get medicine and it heals it for awhile, than it comes back. Recently I had the worst anal fissure and been on medication since. I am on blood pressure medicine since october. I am wondering if the reason for my fissure could be a hormonal imbalance? Need help!

Try Dr Wheatgrass cream, I had the same issue and I was scared to go the bathroom because of the pain, I tried rectinol, and proctesedal and my dr said if it continued Id need surgery, so I went online researched and found this cream from Dr Wheatgrass, supposed to be some 1000 year old rememdy, anyway I ordered it, I used it and within that forst day felt a little better, bleeding stopped within 24hrs and by 3 days I could use bathroom no issues. That was 4 yrs ago and I havent had a fissure or pile since. The cream is great for many uses you can only get it online, my motherinlaw is 80 and had ulcer on leg, no dr meds worked and I gave her sample of this stuff and it healed it up so please at least try it, also try drinking apple cider vinegar once a day, 2 teaspoons in 1 cup warm water or get aniseed and make a tea out of it, drink 8 cups water a day cut back caffeine increase fruits and vegies. I feel your pain and hope you get relief soon

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Anal fissures are a small tear in the anal mucosa. They are common in women after childbirth because of hormonal changes .It is a result of passing hard bowel stool. Acute cases respond to medications, suppositories and bowel regulation. After an anal fissure has healed take care to avoid constipation. In extreme cases surgery is advised. An anal stretching operation or lateral sphincterectomy are the surgical procedures. Do visit your doctor for more queries and assistance. I hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
