recurring nausea lack of appetite

Over the past year, I have had several spells of nausea, usually lasting 7-10 days.  During this time, I lose my appetite.  In February, I had sinus surgery.  Since then I have not been the same.  My nausea is back and today is day 17 of it.  Sometimes it will lessen in the late afternoon or evening.  I have had CT of abdomen and blood work done.  Both show everything normal.  My ENT says everything is good with my inner ear - dispite the ringing in it. I also had an EGD done last summer - normal.  Everything seems to be normal, but I still feel the nausea and this time it is hanging around soooo much longer.  Any suggestions???

I been naustious since december.  things that take the edge off for me are gingerale, chewing gum for some reason, tums, and zofran or phenergan. I also had several test done and they all come back fine. But those few things seem to make the day managable...good luck with everything
