I got that after a great deal of anxiety.  Got colonoscopy and endoscopy, turned out to be hemorrhoids.  Don't sweat it, it's more common than you think. I found cognac, whiskey and lamb meat make it worse.  Stay away from oily food for a while and practice some meditation, colon nerves are connected with your brain activity.  More you stress, the worse it gets, at least in my case it did.  Exercise also helped.  Best wishes.

It more than likely is Hemorrhoids if is like streaked and is on the poop and is a bright red, if it is in the stool go see your doc 9-10 chances are it is
just Hemorrhoids but et checked out if only for your own peace of mind.

TINERS, most likely the bleeding is from hemorrhoids, very common in people, they come and go.  It's swollen vascular tissue that swells up when people have to strain a lot to pass waste.  And so, they bleed easily and generally leave bright red blood on toilet paper.  To make them go away, do the three standard things to have regular bowel movements:  Get enough exercise, drink enough water, eat enough fiber foods.  Also, if they irritate you, often they'll itch, just put some sort of lotion or plain KY jell on there after you shower for a couple weeks.

Sometimes if people are doing the three things to have regular movements, then medicine is sometimes the culprit, some are quite drying in their effect, so review side effects of anything you take, you may then need a laxative type medicine for a little while like natural Senocot.  If you are bleeding a lot, then of course see your doc.
