Bloated stomach please help

I have a bloated stomach 24 hours a day when I eat it gets worst........Can someone please tell me what this can cause from?

Hi Christy I had this for ages and then i got diagnosed with an hiatus hernia go and get checked nearly every woman that has this sympton looks pregnant ..im fed up of it I dont bother with sex any more  just get checked

Son has had severe gas pain,stomach pain and bloating when he wakes up in the morning andSometimes they pain arrises during the day, he does occasionally vomit when pain gets severe that can go on for several days, then a trip to ER, he doesnt think it has anything to do with what he eats. Has been going on now for a year and a half. He has had hida scan, did have pain with the hida scan put it was normal they say. He has had about every test under the sun, CAT scan, ultrasounds, MRI, blood tests, it showed on an mri that he had a hot spot on his thyroid but they said it was inconsecuntial? He usually ends up in the emergency room every month as the pain starts to get out of control. He has a CT enterograpy and it was normal. they did note previous chronic inflamation on his asending and desending colon. His white blood cell count when he is ill is usally arround 14-15 thousand. He is on doxepin and xanax and he sometimes takes vicodin for the pain, he says he is not constipated. So Gastro dr doesnt think he has chrons. He had his appendix removed when he was 12 and he is now 22. He had an endoscopy July of 2011 and he does not have celiac or ulcers, he did have severe acid refuly but have been on protonix and now nexium for over a year. Any one have any idea what he should have done next or any idea of how I can help him or tests he should have? He also had a hydrogen breath test and it did spike from 4 to 14 and was put on a prophylactic antibiotic,refaximin. Helped a tiny bit he says, but now he is back in severe pain and bent over from gas and bloating and pain. This all started in December of 2010,christmas time and he seemed to be sick with the flu for 2 weeks and was in the hospital for 2 days. Thanks to anyone who can tell me what he shoud do now?One more strange point is that he gets pain from his neck down thru his lower body when this all starts to get worse for him.

4 weeks of exactly the same here and it has me at the end of my tether, I literally said to my sister this morning, if this is what my life is going to be like, cant eat properly, cant sleep, cant drink, cant get comfy, i'd rather not live it. And yes it is so painful and uncomfortable, I feel for you and totally understand x

I was hoping I would read how people got help for this problem so this is very discouraging.  I've had this terrible bloating and abdominal pain for 2 weeeks just out of the blue, I've been to the GI doc twice had blood tests (nothing unusual) abdominal CT scan (only showed thickening of stomach lining) and I'm scheduled for an upper GI tract endoscopy this week. The pain and bloating gets worse as the day goes on and with everything I eat, wearing anthing tight on or near my waist makes the pain 10 times worse.  The doctor put me on a liguid diet at first that didn't help now I'm just on a high fiber low fat diet, bowel movements have been regular.  I agree w/ the above who said she didn't want to live like this it's only been 2 wks for me and I can't stand this.
