Extremely worried. Abnormal Stool

For a couple weeks now I have been passing stools embedded with red clots (blood?) and stringy mucasy particles (one clearly resembled a worm but nothing moves). The stool itself is "fluffy" and ragged looking and passes very easily. I'm sorry for the graphic description but I'm starting to get very worried as they only get more and more graphic looking. My diet isn't terribly unhealthy and I haven't made any drastic changes to it.
Also I'm not sure if this is related, but I stopped taking the Depo Provera shot in September and still have not started my period (its been 6 months and I've taken several perscribed treatments to try and start it with no luck and I know I'm not pregnant). I'm only 17 years old so I'm not sure what I'm at risk for at my age, but I'm starting to get EXTREMELY worried. Please help out with any advice if you can!

I had same thing for over 2 years and I am 33. Had a colonoscopy done a couple weeks ago and I have a adanoma polyp which in a couple years means it could have turned in to cancer. Go and get a colonoscopy done, no matter what anyone says..
