Can gallbladder or bile/liver salts cause foamy urine

I have been having really foamy and bubbly urine lately, which is abnormal for me.  I have been to urologist and had urinalysis and he said the bubbles are normal, but I am not use to seeing them foam up, multiply, and linger for so long, so they are not normal for me.  I read that bile/liver salt problems can cause foamy urine.  Is this true?  Could the bubbles be from a fistula or something.  He told me I am ok, I am just concerned cause I have never seen my urine do this my entire life.  I know it is not normal.

I don't have an answer, though I've seen the same thing. Once I started having gallbladder issues, it became foamy. (Or rather, around the same time. I don't want to make any assumptions.) Perhaps someone can shed some light on this.
