I have constant diarrhea after colectomy, What can i do?

As i said i have a constant diarrhea after my total colectomy(total colon removal and part of the rectum), i am always at the bathroom i get out and i return in no time to it, sleeping is so hard because am afraid i might get one as i sleep.i can't get out of my house for months...yea and i mean it for months because i am so afraid to go out that i might be caught up in action, public bathrooms aren't clean and not even available all the time or if i get stuck in traffic jam or something, it's really a huge nightmare can't handle it anymore. My constant diarrhea caused to me a friction in the outer are of the anus which made me scream during excretions and event outside the bathroom...which eventually led me to very nervous state; one day i broke the window's glass by my head as i can't handle my situation anymore.Doctors said to me all will be fine after the surgery month or two max, but that never happened. So anyone is welcomed to give me any useful advice.

I underwent a total colectomy about ten years ago and posted my experiences on:-

You may like to have a look at this.  In the meantime I suggest a high fibre diet to include:-

pulverised fresh fruit to which organic bran has been added
pulverised fresh vegetables to which organic bran has been added
only wholemeal brown bread
no junk food, white bread, colas etc
home made muesli - add organic bran to oats and soak in milk,  add grated fruit/nuts, lemon juice etc.  It looks like wet cement but tastes OK.

Additional fruit and vegetables with normal meals.

This should solidify your motions and reduce the number of daily toilet visits.
