Chronic hunger pains

About a week ago I suffered from a migraine that left me vomitting in the bathroom. The next day I ate what i could to soothe my upset stomache from it.  The following day I work up with severe pain like a spasm going through my back starting from the lower all the way to the bottom of my sternin!  It left me feeling extremely hungry and nothing I ate could take away the pain (ice cream and orange juice helped). If I slept in my bed they would continue but if I slept on my couch they would go away until I did such activities as bending over which made me think that I hurt my back when I was vomitting.  It's been a week, I haven't taken any medication for the pain and the hunger won't go away.

I don't have health insurance so I'm hoping for any home remedies!

Nibmoc: On August 30, I read that scientists have discovered the gene on Chromosome 8 that causes migraine headache. As a lay person, I do not know enough about your condition to offer a home remedy. Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland, says there are more than 25 separate digestive disorders, many with the same symptoms. I know you need relief now, but all I can do is give to you a website that can provide a ton of information on digestive and kidney disorders. The website will take to Google, then click on the URL offered by Google:  http://digestive.niddk.gov. Read about digestive disorders. I hope you find help.
