DULL ACH UNDER LEFT RIB

I HAVE BEEN HAVEIN PAIN UNDER MY LEFT RIB CAGE,A DULL ACH
SOMETIMES ITS FELLS LIKE GAS, THE PAIN NEVER GOES AWAY

yep I get that too.  My Dr told me that it was Acid reflux.  I'm on Nexium but I still get it sometimes.  It feels like a stitch in my side feeling to me.

I get the same thing alot!  It used to only feel that way when my stomach was empty and after eating something it would go away but recently it doesn't improve after eating.  I"m not sure what's going on...I have had a history of kidney stones but this feels different.

I also get a dull aching under my left side Rib Cage. It is not there all the time. It comes very now and then. Today after my exercise and a meal after it was there again . An aching when I breath in. It hangs around for some time and then eventually goes away.
I wonder if this is a common complaint?
