Severe Upper Stomach Pain After Antibiotics (Hpylori)

So about 5 months ago I was given antibiotics for Hpylori infection. It was a 7 days course. I was asypmtomatic though. Upon second day of antibiotics course I developed severe upper stomach pain which has almost disabled me it feels like someone has punched me in upper stomach, but even though I was in so much pain I continued taking antibiotics for 7 days to complete the course, big mistake, I was dying everyday. It has been 5 months with no relief.

Endoscopy, blood tests, ultrasound all came back normal. Pain is so severe that I have lost my appetite and lost a lot of weight because of that. Bowel movements are normal. But the real problem is severity of the pain my upper stomach hardens with movement and cramps and pains so much like someone punched me I find it difficult to breath, it radiates to back and my back hurts too. Even walking hurts and little activity as brushing teeth hardens upper stomach its so painful and not going away it has been 5 months what could this be.

Other symptoms include:
Swollen Stomach, Feeling of hard stomach walls, Stomach bulges when sleeping on side (feeling of heaviness like stomach sac collapses on one side) and can feel the swelling inside (endoscopy did not pick up anything). Walking or standing straight for longer period hardens upper stomach and feel like upper stomach cramps and feels exactly like someone punched you in your solar plexus, it gets difficult to breath breathing pains too. Movements aggravate pains.

Doctor says it could be Pancreatitis but my symptoms are not exactly of Pancreatitis, although pain is severe and it radiates to back but eating (although I eat very little) doesnt particularly increases the pain. Pain moves around upper middle and upper left stomach. It is unbearable and has disabled me I cant do anything and from the past 5 months I am bed ridden. Anybody has any idea what it is? could it be pancreatitis? (I dont drink or smoke though) I had normal lipase amalyse and normal ultrasound but doctor suspects pancreatitis and asking me to do CTEC which I dont want to do because of radiation and other risks. Why it has not settled in these 5 months? I always thought antibiotics cause lower stomach pain but pain is in the upper stomach and is very severe.

If the doctor thinks it's pancreatitis, have they been able to get to the root cause of it?  I would encourage you to get to another doctor for a second opinion.  Lots of things can cause a pancreatitis- not just smoking or drinking, and if you are at the point that you are bed ridden, they should be addressing this much more 'hands on'.

I am young, eat healthy and was an active person. Pain only started after using antibiotics (Amoxicillin, Clairythromycin) thus doctor suspect pancreatitis. Although blood reports and ultrasounds are normal but since endoscopy was normal and the fact the pain has almost disabled me because physical activity like walking aggravates pain and gives you cramp like you got punched in upper stomach pain, doctor thinks it could be pancreatitis. There is nothing to say this for sure but since everything else is normal so he suspects pancreatitis and saying that I should get CTEC done.
I wrote bed ridden in a sense that I cant do anything without aggravating the pain. Even slight activities like brushing teeth and walking hardens my upper stomach and pain aggravates. But I still can walk and do things it just makes my pain worse to the point where I find it difficult to even breathe. I havent been able to step outside my home for these past 5 months because of this. While walking sometimes I can feel the stomach swollen and it hurts when I walk like you jump from a high place and pit of your stomach and upper part hurts. Sometimes pain is only focused on upper left side and feels like a ball is inside it hardens and pains like a severe punch (it doesnt feel like trapped gas and I never had problem with gas before).

It feels like the inner stomach wall and outer abdominal muscles got connected directly and physical activity hardens outer abdominal muscles which in turn pains the inner stomach. Stomach feels really sore and back hurts too (but back pain is not bad all the time).
Have you had surgery there recently? Have you had an ECG?  could be a heart issue?

I hope someone has an answer. 5 months with severe upper stomach pain without relief is too long. I have not come across any case where antibiotics caused this much pain. Its like I have used poison or something.

Never had surgery. Heart tests were all clear. It only started after antibiotics. The mistake I did was to continue completing 7 days course even though from the very first few days it gave me severe upper stomach pain.
