Don't know what it is...

I've been experiencing stomach pains for a long time. It all started when I was 13. I've been having intermittent stomach pains since then. I've also been admitted to the hospital thrice for intestinal paralysis. I've had sleeping problems for years now. Now, I can't sleep at all. I stay up all night, because of the pain. I can't eat because whenever I eat I throw up. When the stomach pain comes, it is intense. And it pains almost everyday. I become breathless soon. I've gone to several doctors but they've not been able to do anything. Lately, I've lost a lot of weight because I haven't been able to eat. And i've been terribly weak. Can anyone tell me what this is?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Did the doctors ever figure out why you had intestinal paralysis?  Usually intestinal paralysis is caused by something like surgery or certain medication.  Have you had any change in your bowel movements?  Could you be constipated?
