Early Morning Nausea

I have had problems since 2006 with my stomach.  I wake up to go to the bathroom early in the morning anywhere from 4a.m. to 7:00 a.m. when I do this I get really bad nausea (also feeling weak/shaky) and I do sometimes vommit.  It also can occur sometimes after eating (haven't been able to narrow down to certain foods that trigger it).  (in 2001) My doctor sent me in to have a barium enema and an ultrasound when I was having the earlier symptoms (severe burning pains in my stomach).  The tests came back negative and the doctor decided that I had excessive amounts of stomach acid and was told by my doctor to take antacids (liquid or pills).  I took these as needed.  In 2006 when the nausea started happening I bought Prilosec (10-14 day treatment).  This seemed to help at first but it came right back and I tried taking it again later and it didn't do me any good.  After seeing my physician she gave me Nexium and I took this with no result from it.  I went and saw another doctor at my doctors office and he told me real quick "it's just a virus, it will go away".  I returned to the doctor and saw another different doctor and he told me "it's gastritis, keep taking antacids and it will go away.  I returned to my original doctor (after the guys doctor told me to take antacids which didn't work and I knew they wouldn't) and she sent me in to get an abdominal ultrasound.  The ultrasound came back negative for wrong.  I decided to take this into my own hands and went and saw a Gastrointestinal specialist and had an upper GI done.  This test also came back negative.  So, at this point I'm clueless.  I have been dealing with this pain for so long and I'm FED UP.  With the numerous amounts of money I have spent I thought I would have some kind of diagnosis to just make it go away.  PLEASE HELP!

Natale, some of what you're saying sounds familiar to me. Sometimes during my process - I'd go to a intense energy release (via burping), then into nausea & then it was looks like my wonderful body was going to... turn 'inside out' & throw everything out! A couple of times it did throw out a fast food I ate!
Natale, your body is changing & the symptoms may be varies from individual to individual. May I suggest you to talk to your own Doctor - your awesome body? It may lead to a changes in lifestyle, food preferences etc.
Pls read my reply to brianna1 in 'continuous burping'. It may give you an idea.

I forgot to add that I get stomach aches everytime I have to go the bathroom (bowel movement).  I also get stomach aches that feel like I have to go to the bathroom but  when I try to go I can't.  In the middle of the night when I wake up with nausea, my stomach cramps up sometimes and a heat pad seems to help reduce that cramping (not completely take it away).
