Elevated liver enzymes and alkaline phosphatase before gallbladder removal and cause

My Wife had liver enzyme counts of AST of 1198 and ALT of 1929 along with an Alkaline Phosphatase of 211 they tested for Hep all came back negative and told us it was just the gallbladder having a 5 cm stone. Could there be more issues due to the higher levels of liver enzymes? And what should we have looked at next since she still is feeling a lot of pain and shortness of breath.
