I just had an endoscopy 6 days ago due to stomach issues, mostly under rib left side pain. Clear ultrasound and blood work. 3 biopsies which only showed (thankfully) gastritis. Ever since I've had the mild chest pain and back pain as day wears on. Better in the am. I've been under a lot of stress and anxiety due to skin cancer diagnosis, which I believe brought on my stomach issues. However, I've suffered from heartburn and reflux since I had my second child 6 years ago. I started nexium 40mg daily in am 3 months ago and ever since, the chest, back and breastbone pain and also my tongue has become extremely sensitive. I'm not sure anymore if it's the nexium or my stress. Anyone else have tongue issues and chest discomfort from nexium?
