Gas, heartburn, vomitting

Before I ask my question, I need to provide some historical information.

A.  I am waiting for surgery to have bilaterial complete TMJ replacement.  I have severe pain in my left TMJ and ear.
B.  I take pain meds including Oxycontin and Dilaudid for my TMJ/ear/face pain.
C.  I have had stomach pain, nausea & dizziness for several years and take Nexium 40mg daily.  If I don't take the Nexium, my stomach pain comes back.  My family doctor says I have IBS.
D.  I get nausea & dizziness.  It is intermittent and occaisional.  It comes for a few days and then is gone.  I often have it when I have ear/TMJ pain.  A few times, I was so close to vomitting.  Domperidone and Gravol do not help.
E.  I am not sure if I my ear/TMJ pain causes nausea or if my nausea causes ear pain. (Vice-versa).
F.  I was seeing my Gastroenterlologist for constipation from pain meds. He did a blood test and found my white blood cell count was 3x the normal limit.  He redid blood test and same result.  He redid blood test again and was testing for anemia a few days before Christmas.  He will call with results when he returns in January from holidays.
G.  I have no energy.  I get short of breath climbing stairs and I sleep 15 hours a day.  My Gastroenterologist doesn't know what is wrong and keeps suggesting allergies and said my exhaustion is due to bad blood. (high white blood cell count).

One night, I was having ear/TMJ pain. I then got very nauseated and dizzy.  I vommitted several times.  Gravol & domperidone did not help.  I was also having heartburn where acid would come up into my mouth and a bitter taste in my mouth.  When I burped/belched, I could taste the gas.  Drinking and eating would make nausea worse.  I am having problems swallowing my meds.  I feel a tightness in my chest and my asthma is aggrevated.  I took a Zantac 150mg and it helped to releive the nausea a bit.  I took a sleeping pill because I hadn't slept in 36 hours and I fell asleep.

The next day, I had some tea and it made me nauseated and dizzy again.  I feel like vomitting.

I have an appointment with a nurse practitioner tomorrow.  What is wrong with me?

I saw the nurse practitioner today and she confirmed that I am anemic.   She tried to call my Gastroenterologist while I was there but his office was closed.  She said that I need to see my Gastroenterologist because I may have a microscopic internal bleed.
