Ive had ulcers in the past and ive had all sorts of acid problems!!
I want to know, ive been drinking tea and everytime it gets me gas and i have cramps
Is it because  the tea is old or is there something in tea that aggitates the tummy?

Yes tea in general is very bad for anyone who has acid problems in their stomach. I tried green tea too a while back and it did not help my cause. Which ***** because green tea is so healthy for you!

I am wondering the same thing, I started drinking green tea about 2 months ago.
And my stomach has turned into mush, I feel nausious as soon as I eat.
I stopped taking it 5 days ago, and yesterday my Chiro told me that imported green tea can be very bad (from pesticided which are not regulated), he suggested I try Milk Thistle to clean my liver of all the toxins which is probably what is giving me the nausea. I started taking it last night and hopefully I will see some improvement.

I did read (on my research about green tea) that it can irritate the stomach very bad if taken on an empty stomach, maybe tea in general does the same.....maybe try with a bit of food first and make sure not to let it seep long. It is also lnown to stumilate the acids in you stomach.......if you are prone to that, they suggest adding milk to your tea

Good luck!
