Could my 'gastro troubles' be connected to something else?

Can gastro related symptoms be a result of something else wrong in your body?
Let me start with saying I was diagnosed with IBS many years ago, as anyone who has it knows that the symptoms and conditions can change daily. I also have family history of colon cancer and basically cancer runs on both sides of my family. I'm 35 now and symptoms seem seem to be getting worse. I have colonoscopies and sigmoidoscopies every 1-2 years it seems and they are always finding polyps and removing them. (some precancerous and some not) So I've always focused on this being my problem, but I started to wonder if maybe this time something else is going on and the extra gastro problems are a result of that? I just had a sigmoidoscopy on Tuesday they removed a polyp and still waiting on results, but I'm feeling worse as each day goes by.
My symptoms include (may or may not be related to each other and in no particular order):
Night Sweats;abdominal pains (sometimes moderate and sometimes severe), constipation; when there is a bm usually bloody/lots of mucus; abdominal bloating; nauseous comes in waves; VERY TIRED/FATIGUE; Occassional Acid Reflux at night time, Sometimes I'll wake up in the middle of the night because of this very UNCOMFORTABLE (sometimes very painful) feeling in my abdomonal area (when this happens, I feel like I'm burning up inside; feverish and sweaty); Bad headaches almost daily; Leg & Feet cramps (Charlie Horse cramps), tingling and numbness in my fingers, my neck and back muscles seem to 'go out' every other month (knots/lumps developed in neck, shoulder blade, upper and lower back areas); There's more symptoms but these are what stands out the most to me.
Could this all be related? Has anyone else experienced this? (I'm too young to feel this old) and they always seem to say IBS with any symptom I have, but this time I feel like it's more and I can't figure it out. I just feel so bad most of the time.
Thanks to anyone who can help me out with this! I really appreciate any advice you can give me!

Thank you, I'll be sure to do that. (I'm just so tired of feeling so bad! Not to mention I would like to get pregnant while I still can)

Of course it could be something else. Many of those with IBS are misdiagnosed, unfortunately. One of what is becoming to be the more 'common' misdiagnoses can be due to celiac disease. Not all your symptoms fit, but it might be worthwhile for you to check into that.
