Having Loud flatulence for 6 months

I am a full time employee at McDonald's. I have low physical activity. Since I used to work every day at McDonald's, I used to eat a lot from there. I started being constipated, was feint bloated and started farting a lot.. I knew there was something wrong with my diet. So I stopped eating from there and started adding fiber to my diet. The bloating stopped but the loud flatulence and being gassy is still there. I tried fiber supplements, and laxatives and digestion enzyme. But nothing worked. My stomach makes weird noises and then I pass loud gas. I don't know what to do. I'm very embarrassed. It happens a lot at night when I'm sleeping

Low activity is linked to having excessive gas.  Also, you're probably overdoing it with the supplements and laxatives, unless you're constipated.  This article has some good tips, along with a list of foods to minimize in your diet: https://www.healthline.com/health/how-to-stop-farting
