Help??

My boyfriend is 21 and 2 nights ago we went out for a work Christmas party , we both drank alot... he ended up getting what i think was alcohol poisoning... he matched all the symptoms. then last night was Christmas so he ended up drinking again and he has a 26 oz of Grey goose vodka. Starting last night he puked up a little bit of blood but thats not even the main problem he isnt doing that anymore he is in sever pain in his stomach. he had a ulcer before but it got better i guess it healed ? if thats possible but now he gets random sharp pains in his tummy to the point he wants to cry. I would take him to the hospital but we cant afford the bill they are going to give us. does anyone know what this could be? How serious this could be? or if it will go away on its own? Im trying to keep him from getting dehydrated but he says it hurts to much to drink anything aswell as it hurts to pee. Hes going to the bathroom a lot and i believe he still has diarrhea  he its going closer to 15 times a day adn thats my main concern i have no idea what this could be and im really woried about him can anyone help me?

thats right...hospitals take payments, and they cant deny you help. Take him now! He needs to seek help ASAP. If it is something serious, he'll be in the right place...not home just "wondering."
