Back injury causing GI probs?

Just out of curiosity, can a lower back injury cause any sort of GI problems? Like could a nerve in my back cause my digestive system to overreact or act up? Let me know your thoughts.

I suppose an injury, depending on what it is, could cause some issues- but it's very hard to say.  Are you having any specific symptoms after your injury?  Have you been to a doctor for your symptoms?

I’m not really sure. I have lower back pain when I wake up and it radiates to my legs sometimes. I have muscle twitches and sometimes pain. I have some GI problems like thin stools and indigestion but nothing too major.
