How long after Cipro should I be 100%?

Started Cipro Monday afternoon for travelers diarrhea with bloody stool. Finished last dose Wednesday night.  No symptoms yesterday, but has a bloody stool today.  Urgent care wasn't too concerned - trying not to panic

Glad you're feeling better.
In the near future, you may consider taking some yoga classes, which will help you with both physical and mental issues.
Also check out the normalbreathing website (one word).
You cannot have anxiety symptoms when your breathing is optimized!
There are over 400 webpages of valuable information for any health condition in relation to breathing, including breathing techniques for anxiety.
I had no idea that incorrect breathing was such a strong factor in most health conditions, until I studied the Buteyko Breathing Technique.
Best wishes,
Niko

Well I just had another small episode - ate something .. Crampy.. Had to go - bloody again.. Guess I'll be screeching back to the doctor Monday morning.
I would stick to a BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce and toast) diet for a few more days.
Avoid anything offensive and stay well hydrated.
I would use coconut water, for hydration and electrolytes.
Best wishes for tomorrow at your appointment.

Cipro will only work against a bacterial infection, which BTW is the most common cause of travelers diarrhea.
Travelers diarrhea can be caused by parasites, viruses,
or bacteria.
Taking some probiotics of the highest quality you can afford will help, however, you may need to visit urgent care again if you continue having bloody stools.
Not to worry much indeed, since you have no other serious symptoms at present.
Cheers!
Niko

Thank you.. I'll try the probiotics.  I feel better except for the obvious anxiety and fear of eating.
