I really think you need to go to a doctor and get checked out, to make sure you don't have anything serious or even if it isn't that serious, to find out what it is and how to treat it.

It is always good to make sure your heart isn't the problem if you are having a lot of chest pains.  I recently had chest pains.  I went into the doctor, who thought it was probably esophageal spasms, but ordered an EKG & blood test to make sure my heart was okay.  So, if it's still bothering you at all, you may want to go in, because you don't want to mess around about your heart!  BTW, my heart was fine, thanks be to God!

Is your pain in your stomach itself or is it in your lower abdomen, since you took a laxative?  Did you also take simethicone in case of gas, which can cause pain?  If these things don't relieve it, you really need to get into a doctor.

If you have insurance, they may require a referral, or the GI doctor themselves may require a referral from your primary care doctor/family physician.  You can look in the phonebook under physicians, and then look for gastroenterology under that.  You might go to healthgrades or vitals for more info about the doctor, like where they graduated, etc..  If you have any friends (or your parents), maybe they would be able to recommend one they like.

You should get to a GI specialist.  They can check for anal fissures, hemorrhoids, and more.  You want to make sure it isn't anything very serious.  I speak as someone who is scheduled for a colonoscopy soon, when I would have rather not have one yet, since it hasn't been ten years since the last one.
