I need help with GERD from Gastric inlet patches

I need help and information, please.  I struggle with major GERD and had an Endoscope done by Gastro Ent. who discovered the source of my problem:  I have 2 gastric inlet patches that gives me reflux in my throat.  Horse voice, chronic cough and I can not eat anything, without suffering from reflux.

I have been taking 40mg of Nexium, morning and night time and it is not helping!  I am really desperate as I don't want to be dependant on pills and would prefer it if they could remove the patches.  But I can not find any information on how to do that.  I also have Barrets from my LES that is hypotensive, thus get reflux from tummy also, but it is actually silent reflux (LPR).  Can anyone on here help and give advice?

Well if you get the filtered stuff it has no taste and it all natural. It's just like when you put aloe ver on a wound cept this is a juice, it really aids in healing problems caused by acid.

Thanks, but I don't do very well on meds or yukky tasting stuff.  I had "cactus jack" yesterday (mix between tequila and sours) and that felt much better :)

Um I dunno if this will help but you could add it to taming the pills as it really helps with healing and heartburn. Aloe Vera juice, you can fond it at most health food stores and you only take like a shot of it a day. Though you get the clear stuff as the unfilterd one has a taste that's quite nasty.
